YesssGifts is a free gift recommendation service that uses AI (powered by Anthropic's Claude) to suggest personalized gifts based on information you provide about your loved ones. The service includes automatic tracking of gifting occasions such as birthdays, holidays, and anniversaries.

3. User Accounts

To use YesssGifts, you must create an account by providing a valid email address and password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activity that occurs under your account. Each person may only maintain one account.

4. User Responsibilities

When using YesssGifts, you agree to the following:

• You must have appropriate authorization to enter personal information about other people (recipients).
• If entering data about minors, you must be a parent or legal guardian of that minor.
• You agree not to upload harmful, inappropriate, or illegal content.
• You agree not to attempt to manipulate AI suggestions through prompt injection or any other adversarial techniques.

5. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Please be aware of the following regarding AI-generated gift suggestions:

• Gift suggestions are generated by artificial intelligence and are recommendations only.
• YesssGifts does not guarantee the accuracy, availability, or pricing of suggested products.
• Product names, brands, and prices shown are AI-generated and may not reflect actual products currently available for purchase.
• Users should independently verify all products before making a purchase.
• YesssGifts is not responsible for any purchases made based on AI suggestions.

6. Third-Party Links

The service may provide links to Amazon.com for purchasing suggested products. YesssGifts is not affiliated with Amazon beyond being an Amazon Associate, and is not responsible for any purchases made on Amazon or other third-party sites. Your use of third-party sites is governed by their respective terms of service and privacy policies.

7. Intellectual Property

The YesssGifts name, logo, and service design are owned by the operator of YesssGifts. All rights are reserved. User-submitted content, including photos, names, and other personal information, remains the property of the user who submitted it.

8. Limitation of Liability

The YesssGifts service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. YesssGifts shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to inaccurate gift suggestions, data loss, or service interruptions.

9. Account Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend any account that violates these Terms of Service, at our sole discretion and without prior notice. Users may delete their account at any time from the Settings page. Deleting your account will permanently remove all associated data, including recipient profiles, gift history, and account information.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of YesssGifts after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
